kind staff needed rest lovely room
the staff at reception were lovely and very kind. my room gave me a well needed rest. i had a really nice experience at this hotel on sunday evening.
access to my room required navigating a flight of stairs this was not ideal since the lift did not reach that part of the building. carrying luggage up the stairs presented a challenge.
